Can anyone tell me witch IC is used in the Matchbox Model 2B. Thanks.

Dave, is there no information on the IC chip itself? I know the components seem to be a trade secret and often they wiped the printing off the chips.

Larry thanks for your reply, the number on the chip has been wiped clean, I'm wondering if it's something as simple as a TL071 or TL072?

Its possible. The Goodrich 7A uses a MC3481P Chip. I got several older Matchbox's but not your model. The older ones didn't use a chip. I don't think Keven at Goodrich has schematic for older stuff. You might try calling him and see.
