1996 (approx) Carter Double 10 9 and 7

I have a nice birdseye green Carter D10 in excellent condition, with a Hilton pedal, tons of pics, strings, and bars. I also have a huge selection of instructional materials by Jeff Newman, Paul Franklin and others; some are DVDs, some VHS tapes, some books with cassettes.

I would like to sell it all together, but would consider selling the guitar/pedal without the rest.

What would be a reasonable price for
1) all of it
or
2) just the guitar/pedal?

It has a non-standard E9 setup -- no D string, B on 9, low G# on 10. RKL lowers 2 and 8 to D. RKR lowers G#s to G. C6 is standard.
What think ye?
